To Download files to your desktop:

1. Open Digital Coachâ„¢ file you would like to download
2. Right click on “Download”
3. Select “Save Target As”
4. Designate where you want the file to go (i.e. Desktop, Folder, etc)
5. Click on Save
6. If you want the file on your iPod or mp3 player, import the file into your program
7. Add to iPod or mp3 player, or simply play directly from your computer or file
