Authentic Communication

Audiences are pretty savvy. Whether it’s a presidential debate, a sales call or a formal presentation, they can always tell when something is not what is appears to be. Even the word “presentation” today usually evokes visions of stiff formality and an overly canned delivery. But there’s good news. Our audiences are not looking for perfect presenters. As a matter of fact, they are most influenced by people just like them. People who have the same flaws and fears yet have overcome them that day to communicate an important idea.
