People simply expect more from their leaders today. This is no more true then when they are communicating important messages to us. We expect them to convey honest, compelling and inspiring messages. Unfortunately, most don’t and at the heart of the problem is a glaring lack of self-awareness. Until leaders can see themselves through other’s eyes, change in this critical area is pretty hard.
